12/8/2025 Update, Canceled Special Township Trustee Meeting to vote on a request for  Moonlight Park,  a housing developer to extend/pave the undeveloped west end of Main St. in the Midway neighborhood of Stokes Township. This would provide secondary access to their housing development property.  The meeting was scheduled for 4:30 PM November 21, 2025 at the 275 S.Oak St. Lakeview, Ohio Township Building. Cancellation basis: The Trustees have learned from their legal advisor that the Trustees cannot prevent the public from using a platted street. The Trustees will be discussing this matter at the December 8, 2025 atthe 6 PM monthly township meeting with public attendees and will try and schedule the Moonlight Developement group to attend an up coming meeting for extended discussions.
